Guided by the theme “Turning Insight into Action”, this year’s conference will provide opportunities to reflect on emerging issues, share expertise, and transform knowledge into meaningful action that strengthens our organizations, supports members, and advances public education.\n\n\n\nThrough engaging sessions, dialogue, and collaborative learning, participants will:\n\n\n\n\nShare strategies, tools, and promising practices;\n\n\n\nStrengthen collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the federation;\n\n\n\nExplore emerging issues affecting teachers, unions, and public education;\n\n\n\nIdentify practical actions and innovative approaches to address common challenges;\n\n\n\nBuild relationships that enhance our collective capacity to advocate for and defend quality public education.\n\n\n\n\nAs staff professionals, we play a critical role in helping our organizations respond to complex challenges and emerging opportunities.
