June 3, 2019 in Vancouver

On June 3, 2019, we invite women from CTF Member organizations across Canada to join the CTF at the 2019 Women’s Symposium in Vancouver, hosted by the BCTF.

The Symposium theme for 2019 is Women Deliver Public Education. This one-day Symposium will enable participants to explore women in leadership, equity, and safety and well-being, as well as a host of gender issues.

This year is a rare and exciting opportunity for our participants to also engage in a global event – Women Deliver Conference 2019 (WDC) – which will bring together more than 6,000 leaders, influencers, advocates, academics, activists, and journalists from around the world to accelerate progress for girls and women everywhere. The WDC runs from June 3-6, 2019, and has a separate registration fee to attend.

Please note that the CTF Women’s Symposium is limited to CTF Member organizations’ teachers or employees who identify as women. The CTF encourages Member organizations to register as soon as possible as there are only 100 spaces available.
