Cette motion demandait \u00e0 la CTF\/FCE de concevoir et de coordonner une strat\u00e9gie pancanadienne visant \u00e0 enrayer la crise de la r\u00e9tention et du recrutement du personnel de l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Voir <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ctf-fce.ca\/fr\/la-ctf-fce-sattaque-a-la-crise-de-la-retention-et-du-recrutement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Le Conseil d\u2019administration de la CTF\/FCE s\u2019attaque \u00e0 la crise de la r\u00e9tention et du recrutement<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00c9tal\u00e9e sur trois ans (de 2024 \u00e0 2027), l\u2019enqu\u00eate Parachute sert \u00e0 recueillir dans le cadre d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de sondages les donn\u00e9es sur lesquelles la CTF\/FCE et ses organisations membres et associ\u00e9es s\u2019appuient pour orienter une strat\u00e9gie pancanadienne plus vaste en faveur de la r\u00e9tention et du recrutement.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0a427f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">2. Quel est le but de l\u2019enqu\u00eate Parachute?&nbsp;<\/mark><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les donn\u00e9es recueillies permettront d\u2019\u00e9laborer une campagne pancanadienne pour s\u2019attaquer aux facteurs qui contribuent \u00e0 la crise de la r\u00e9tention et du recrutement dans l\u2019enseignement. Cette campagne appellera \u00e0 la transformation du milieu de l\u2019\u00e9ducation publique\u202fgr\u00e2ce \u00e0\u202f:<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>une mobilisation du public (notamment les parents, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et le personnel de l\u2019\u00e9ducation) et des corps l\u00e9gislatifs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, provincial et territorial;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>un cadre de changement syst\u00e9mique et \u00e9conomique fiable qui tienne compte des conditions de travail du personnel de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, notamment de la taille et de la complexit\u00e9 des classes, et de la violence en milieu scolaire.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0a427f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">3. Comment les sondages de l\u2019enqu\u00eate Parachute sont-ils con\u00e7us? <\/mark><\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les sondages de l\u2019enqu\u00eate Parachute sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/ethics.gc.ca\/fra\/policy-politique_tcps2-eptc2_2022.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>\u00c9nonc\u00e9 de politique des trois conseils\u202f: \u00c9thique de la recherche avec des \u00eatres humains<\/em><\/a><em> et selon une m\u00e9thode mixte alliant questions ouvertes et questions ferm\u00e9es. Cette m\u00e9thode permet de recueillir des donn\u00e9es statistiques, d\u2019obtenir des renseignements d\u00e9mographiques et contextuels, et de mieux comprendre ce que vivent les adh\u00e9rentes et adh\u00e9rents des organisations membres de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration canadienne des enseignantes et des enseignants (CTF\/FCE). Ces organisations regroupent plus de 370\u202f000\u202fmembres du personnel de l\u2019\u00e9ducation dans l\u2019ensemble des provinces et des territoires.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les sondages sont con\u00e7us \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la plateforme en ligne Alchemer, qui utilise un centre de donn\u00e9es canadien, ce qui permet de garantir la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es des personnes participantes (pour en savoir plus sur les politiques d\u2019Alchemer en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es, cliquez <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/help.alchemer.com\/help\/international-customers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>ici<\/em><\/a><em> \u2014 en anglais seulement).<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Chacun des sondages porte sur un th\u00e8me donn\u00e9, et plus particuli\u00e8rement sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de la r\u00e9tention et du recrutement dans le milieu de l\u2019\u00e9ducation. Il faut compter 10 \u00e0 12\u202fminutes pour r\u00e9pondre aux questions, et les personnes participantes peuvent sauter des questions, en tout ou en partie, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des deux premi\u00e8res. Ainsi, les sondages tiennent compte des priorit\u00e9s des organisations membres et associ\u00e9es de m\u00eame que des besoins et de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du personnel de l\u2019\u00e9ducation. Les donn\u00e9es recueillies permettent de soutenir et de valoriser la profession enseignante au Canada. Peuvent y participer les enseignantes et enseignants et autres travailleuses et travailleurs de l\u2019\u00e9ducation en poste dans des \u00e9coles publiques, de la maternelle \u00e0 la 12<\/em><em><sup>e<\/sup><\/em><em>\u202fann\u00e9e. Le sondage est envoy\u00e9 par courriel aux adh\u00e9rentes et adh\u00e9rents des organisations membres de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration canadienne des enseignantes et des enseignants (CTF\/FCE) et est publicis\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les r\u00e9ponses sont recueillies par le biais de liens personnalis\u00e9s et h\u00e9berg\u00e9es sur la plateforme en ligne Alchemer (dans son centre de donn\u00e9es au Canada).
