C\u2019est plut\u00f4t un probl\u00e8me sous-jacent et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9, qui est influenc\u00e9 par&nbsp;plusieurs&nbsp;autres enjeux fondamentaux.&nbsp;Ce sondage porte sur une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente en \u00e9ducation, mais dont on parle&nbsp;peu\u202f: la lente \u00e9rosion du respect envers la profession.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quel est l\u2019objectif du sondage et pourquoi le personnel de l\u2019\u00e9ducation devrait-il y participer?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NICHOLE\u202f:&nbsp;C\u2019est une occasion pour les membres du personnel de l\u2019\u00e9ducation de faire entendre leur voix \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale, de s\u2019exprimer librement et de d\u00e9crire leur r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Le sondage Parachute&nbsp;a toujours&nbsp;vis\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en valeur&nbsp;la voix&nbsp;du personnel scolaire de partout au&nbsp;pays, mais aussi&nbsp;\u00e0 nous permettre de&nbsp;promouvoir&nbsp;des solutions aux probl\u00e8mes de r\u00e9tention et de recrutement&nbsp;en partant des propositions du personnel sur le terrain, au lieu&nbsp;de&nbsp;mesures&nbsp;impos\u00e9es d\u2019en haut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ROLF\u202f:&nbsp;Les organisations membres et associ\u00e9es de la&nbsp;CTF\/FCE&nbsp;m\u00e8nent des&nbsp;\u00e9tudes solides&nbsp;et collectent des donn\u00e9es de grande qualit\u00e9, mais il nous manquait une perspective nationale.&nbsp;Le sondage&nbsp;Parachute&nbsp;synth\u00e9tise ce qui se passe&nbsp;dans les provinces et territoires&nbsp;en posant les m\u00eames questions aux&nbsp;membres du personnel&nbsp;de l\u2019\u00e9ducation&nbsp;d\u2019un bout \u00e0 l\u2019autre du pays.
